Configuration
In <head>
, add
<script id="amp-access" type="application/json"> { "vendor": "scroll", "namespace": "scroll" } </script>
Be sure not to add a trailing comma to the namespace line, which makes it invalid JSON!

documentation for using namespaces and an array of providers.
Make each ad conditional
Add an amp-access
